Our CrossFit program has developed from over a decade of training experience for each of our top coaches. We offer structured, hands-on classes to guide each student at the level that they are at.
Beginners will work with light (or no) weight and focus on learning correct movement before adding intensity, while more experienced students will be pushed to achieve new breakthroughs. We dose our classes with humor and fun while learning and growing in a safe yet challenging environment.
CrossFit is an ever-evolving variety of strength and conditioning movements performed at high intensity. The focus is on form and function, and then on intensity.

Shoulder pain? Wrist or elbow pain? Flexibility issues? Indian Club Training may be the solution you are looking for! It's fun, low impact, yet challenging.
Indian Club Training is an ancient method that is making a comeback here in the West! Spanning at least 5,000 years, it has been a staple for fitness and conditioning athletes and warriors throughout India, and the Middle-East.
In this method, we teach circular swinging patterns that help condition your upper body and promote proper flexibility and stability of the complex joints that make up your shoulders, elbows and wrists. Our progressive system starts you off with very basic and easy to learn swings with 1-pound Clubs before challenging you with complex and beautiful movement patters.
As you become more confident with your Indian Clubs, you'll discover a therapeutic benefit to both mind and body.
Advanced users can discover additional benefits, conditioning the "core" stability, cardiovascular systems, strength, coordination and balance. We'll use the Mace, Jori and other forms of Clubs!
We offer instruction in a small group Workshop, or Personal Training. As popularity grows, we will likely be adding ongoing group classes.

Personal Training: 1 session = $99, 6 session = $450, 12 session = $720

Our specialty Workshops are classes that are set up as a progressive series of lessons. Workshops provide a focus toward learning or improving a set of skills that is more education oriented and less "workout of the day". They may range from a single short session, to multi-hour sessions that are scheduled for several weeks.

Our Boxing program is different from anything you've likely seen. We are not (yet) a sparring gym. There is no person-to-person contact, however we are way beyond the cheesy fitness boxing classes you've noticed at the big gyms.
We teach real boxing techniques and tools, using heavy bags, sparring dummies, focus mitts and more. You'll get a challenging workout and a healthy dose of technique without ever stepping foot in the ring. Suitable for any level, our Boxing program is in continuous development and is lead by former two-time ABA divisional champion Chris Crawford. Boxing Classes are currently held several times per week (see schedule) and Private Boxing Coaching is available at the Personal Training rates.
